After winning a fantastic handle from Steve(Oscar11) in his November pif, I have been wondering what knot to put in it that would be worthy of his fine craftmanship, I finally settled on a best badger knot from golden nib, I used four one pence pieces as ballast to shorten the depth of the hole, and finally fixed the knot in place with rapid set two stage epoxy, I hope you like the final result.....
First shave with the brush this morning, very soft from the start, but still with plenty of backbone, the bloom has started to open out as well..
