Hi everybody. My name is Adriano and I live in Italy. I started shaving with a DE when I was young, but you know, youth means speed so I shaved myself with several kind of three, four and five blades cartridge razors... until November 2013. When I saw a Muehle R89 Rosengold and, suddendly, I fall in love with it. So I get back to double edge shaving and it's such a beautiful thing.Starting from November, I started to collect many razors on eBay (Gillette mainly) and it's a fever that doesn't seems to stop. This is only a part of my razors. In the last week I've added a Gillette Flare Tip, a Gillette Traveler Tech, a Gillette Gold Tech Ball End, a GEM Feather Weight, and i'm waiting for a GEM G-Bar, a Gillette Contract Tech, a Simplex 7, a Neillite Four Hundred, and other... Left to right : Ericsson, Gillette Old Type Ball End (1919), Fatip, Gillette Tech, Muhele R89 Rosengold, YumaI'm sure I will find many info about this passion on this forum.Thanks for everything in advance.
to TSD "Adriano"........I hope you enjoy it here....... There are many knowledgable and friendly people here I'm sure you will it right in...While you maybe a newbie to "traditional" shaving, your certainly not old...I didn't "take up the habit" or join TSD until I was in my mid fifties..
