Took my old puck of William's (lack of) Menthol Mug Soap and modified it.
Used the fine grating drum on the Pampered Chef cheese grater and made a nice pile of small shavings. Put the shavings in a plastic bag, added a small amount of water, and placed in boiling water. Let it somewhat melt and transfered to a round plastic container. Stirred in about 10 - 12 drops of orange EO and let harden overnight. The soap now has a nice orange scent to it. Used it for this mornings shave. Great lather and it smelled nice. The next soap I'll try to melt it a tad more. Otherwise I consider this successful!
Again, thanks for all the advice and comments. Next; Colgate Lime or ?

Excellent . . . I'll have to borrow another mug from the local coffee shop and try that. Just need to find a local place to buy EOs
