Some of you may remember the shed I put together and posted all the progress. Well, I got one of the other items on my list taken care of as well. I needed a safe to replace the gun safe I had in my last house. I left it behind because it served as a good selling point. I had the same safe company build a custom-ordered frame and door that I installed inside a closet under the stairs. I lined it with fire blanket, plywood, and metal strapping to slow down the thief who might think to go through the walls for access. That, coupled with motion detectors and 24-hour monitored alarm services, I should be good to go.
