Do the Simpson Chubby 2 in Super really go for 250 or do you know of some place that rewards those with over 8 simpson brushes?
Really depends on your personal tastes, and how you define 'value'. There is definitely a difference between the lower and higher end brushes, but the performance difference will not scale proportionally to cost (the analogy of car brands/models is often used). If all you want is a good all-around brush, you'll be forever (or at least 10 years) happy with a $35 C&E Best. If you want to get more specialized for face-lathering, or a denser brush, or a firmer brush, or more scrubby tips, or something large enough to cover your whole face with one swipe, etc. you're going to have to spend more. Many, many choices out there. Best of luck. J
That right there is the crux of it. Personally, I feel that there are some brushes "worth" $250......but, I don't have one and doubt I ever will.
Well.... I could probably get it a little cheaper but I'd have to make some calls and find out. I gots connections ya know :rofl Personally, the Best grade is a much better value. My Chubby 2 Best is awesome and I paid a lot less than $250
D'oh, perhaps Mike will post up some pics, to tide you over Your avatar is making me want to see that cartoon
He was actually kind enough to seal the Simpson sticker on the chubby for me. A small price to pay is my waiting for such a nice gesture
That pic makes me want one.. only for soaps! I think the Chubby 1 is considered the Simpson Soap brush.. if I recall what I read. Nice brush though! :drool
