Been seeing these around but haven't paid much attention. I assume it has a replaceable vibrating head with cutters on the edges?
I believe it is from Philips and not Panasonic. I wouldn't recommend that product because you are better off with manual razors if you want to use those in a similar fashion. It doesn't give you close results and it is expensive. In my opinion, it isn't something worth investing your money on.
It's a trimmer, not a razor. Read the specs on Amazon. It will trim you down to a five o'clock shadow. Better than popping the guard off a beard trimmer, but not as close as a razor, was my impression. Big bucks for something that does nothing well. A beard trimmer will work better for trimming, and a razor will work better for shaving.
