Hey all. I've been on an Italian soap kick forever now, I just think they are the finest. Two soaps I am itching to try are Panna Crema and La Saponeria Artigiana. However, I am having a heck of a time finding Panna Crema anywhere and the La Saponeria I can only find at Barbiere di Figaro but the shipping from there to here is outrageous, no way that's gonna happen. If anyone knows of some good spots to get either of these soaps and shipped to the states let me know.

panna crema seems to sell out quickly....only possible other source is to check the buy/sell areas and hope someone lets one go.
i have ordered from barbiere di figaro before and yes....international shipping can be pricey and then you have to worry about shipping damage too.

now i have to google la sapneria...never heard of that one.

I've ordered a Pannacrema "Vetyver" a few minutes ago...

Now i'm very very curious on this soap.

I will try to do a good review when i hold it in my hands. And when i had the first shave with it.

I went to the website and the scent I wanted was still available. But the price is a bit too steep for me.

I can get good/great shaves using soaps that don't cost so much money to ship!

Most problems is not the soap costs but the shipping costs that can be over price the soap.

    @kingfisher
Had the same problem. Inexpensive soap but to get it to my neck of the woods brought the price up to about $27!!! My soap addiction isn't that bad. Cella for $11 with shipping? Sold. Too bad... I really do want to try that stuff.

PannaCrema is a very nice soap, it performs much like the P.160 tipo morbido.
My favorite Italian soap is Antica Barbeira Colla Bitter Almond (ABCBA) from Milan.

I've been curious about trying the Panna Crema... how are the scents? I'm an olfactory kind of guy :)

    I love the PannaCrema...:love055:

Like i wrote in another post...my skin felt like it took a deep breath...absolutely wonderful!!!

In the tin the smell is complete different to that smell when it´s lathered on your skin. It´s absolutely overwhelming.A woody, earthy (and something "sweet") scent in it...I can´t describe it very good.:(
I would like to order the other scents too,but i have TOO much soaps and creams in my den right now...So i have to stop order any soaps or creams for a long long time.:angry017:

    Greetings

Because of the good reviews about this shaving cream, i ordered last week Vetiver and Lavandotto. Hope to try them soon.
