    You must bribe your postman. I've heard so many horror stories about the South African postal service just straight up stealing packages. Is it still that bad?

    Its worse than I mentioned. Indeed you're lucky if you actually get your package. But the biggest problem is our daily rotating blackout's, due to the governments incompetence and corruption.
