Parker 89R

  1. I have have owned this razor for pushing on 12 years. It was a good razor but I put it away in dry storage as I used other razors. Pulled it out to use 3 days ago As I tried to untwist top to load new feather blade the top just came apart. Very poor metallurgy My Merkurs German made are solid!

    I heard that Parkers had QC problems in the past but they are better now...

  3. I liked the Parker changing blades was a bit uncomfortable Obviously disappointed it came apart. I prefer Merkur over any others. I won't repurchase a Parker
