We have a local peach farm nearby and the freestone peaches are ready so I made my way over and purchased a full peck of them. Then I baked my first of the season homemade peach cobbler today. All organic ingredients: fresh peaches, ceylon cinnamon, flour, cane sugar, milk, butter... Drool, drool! Paired with some Blue Bell vanilla bean ice cream, tonight's dessert will be rich and decadent.
The first pan definitely would not be enough for everyone but I'd be more than happy to bake some more pans worth! lol Plenty of peaches! Do we want to have a peach cobbler pass around?
Ohhhhhh. Love a good blackberry cobbler too! One of my most absolute favorite desserts is not a cobbler but close... I absolutely love the Marie Callender's Razzleberry Pie. All of that hot, bubbly goodness of blackberries and raspberries... Trade you a peach cobbler for a blackberry cobbler?
I'd mail it, but it probably wouldn't even make it to my post office. Seems more like a Cobbler Fest than a food fight.
