Pistacia vera scales

    Well now, here's another one. This is a Henckels 17 I had laying around. It didn't need new scales.... but, I thought a pair of PISTACHIO scales might look sharp. This wood was VERY hard, good thing I just put a new blade on the old band saw. I love cutting open a piece of wood and seeing a nice grain. There was so much cool looking patterns that is was hard to decide where to make the cuts. :drool Well that's enough drooling from me, here's some pics:

    Oh yeah, and it shaves nice too.....:happy093
