Hey guys, just wanted to share my experience with yet another wonderful product from Proraso. Definitely a change in direction from the normal menthol, tea tree, eucalyptus, and green tea formulas. Sandalwood and Shea Butter are the main ingredients this time around and well that exactly what you get. The scent is warm with a little spice, you can smell the sandalwood and you can smell the shea butter, no doubt about it. Its a very pleasing aroma that gets better as you work up a nice lather, which is a breeze. It is a very creamy cream in my opinion, be careful it wants to come out the tube really easy, unlike my EJ Cream, which takes a little more pressure, kinda give you and idea of its consistency. The lather it produces is very rich and thick no matter how you whip it and as with all Proraso products, makes for an amazing shave. All in all a definite thumbs up for Proraso. Thanks for stopping buy, hope you enjoy. Size comparison, a pretty decent sized tube. Know for some money shots.
I find the scent to be rather intense. It sticks with you for a long while too. It does leave your face feeling nice though. I would recommend it if you like sandalwood.
One of the hardest scents to describe EVER! But like all things Proraso touch it with a wet brush and it explodes into very slick thick goodness.
The scent is pretty much pure sandalwood, as I understand it, which makes sense, since it has actual sandalwood oil in it.
Yes it does but, its very light If I remember the sandalwood oil is about the last ingredient on the label.
I have some Proraso Sandalwood cream in transit to me from Fendrihan's. I was wondering, does it have any cooling effect to it?
