After wet shaving for about 6 months, I'm finally at a point that I can whip out a shower and 2 pass DFS with an open comb! I had to get ready in a hurry this morning and used my LJS Silvertip, Proraso Red soap and a 2nd use Gillette Silver-Blue in my OC Cadet and got a fairly consistent with non-rushed DFS 2 pass shave! (BBS everywhere but my neck, and that's a trouble spot for me any time). I feel like I've arrived! Now I need to increase my collection and try a slant....
Good for you. The longer you take to shave the better results you will get. I find from my own experience when I rush to shave I get "Nick's and Weeper's" Some morning's it's more like a session of "Blood Letting" On the day's I take my time I always get a DFS aka "Rudy Castiel Clean Used Car" aka "Rudy Castiel Clean Shave" Take your time.
