The QED 24mm BBB is an awesome brush and an even better price. The price is $59 before shipping. Quality is top notch. This brush blooms into a beautiful lightbulb shape. The brush is pretty dense. It is much denser than the Rooney 1/1 and my Shavemac 23mm custom. Luxury factor. The brush is best badger so it does have some scritchiness but not uncomfortable at all. I like some scratch. I can build copious amounts of lather with this brush using either cream or soaps. Overall I will always have one of these. I sold my rooney 1/1 because this was a better brush. I highly recommend this brush. If you are new I would spend the extra $20 and buy this before you buy a C&E BBB. You may find you never need another brush.
