Ok, this is a complete custom that is also going on the auction block starting at a penny and likely to end up around $12 or so. I'd at least put in a cursory bid on this one if I were you because I have a feeling the system may choke on the number of snipe bids likely to come in on this one. A full 6/8 440C Stainless Irish point to 59-61 Rc Stabilized natural curly maple scales 2mm Alpinite gem in butt spacer You will not believe the holographic qualities these scales have. I get mesmerized by them. The furrows look like you could trip in them. If you rotate/turn/flip the razor, the grain puts on an ocean swelling dance before your very eyes. Curly maple has been one of the top 5 favorites of mine for as long as I can remember.
That's a great looking razor :drool Will of course bid on it to improve the score and, who knows, maybe I end up owning it in the process
12 Dollars? Ha! Like Will said, that thing is going into triple digits! I obviously need to bid though.. just in case.
If it doesn't make three digits, I'll never sell another one on ebay. In the meantime, the auction will go live about 6:20 PM Dec 7th, California time.
Love the look of that razor! :drool Of course I am half blind at the moment. :ashamed001 But it is from Bill, so I don't need to actually see the razor to know it's lovely. :1respect
Hope you heal up quickly JoAnna.....you need to see this razor, it's quite the looker drool:drool Great work Bill!
Could be a just a smidge tardy for a $12.50 bid. :signs062 The good thing is that it's a private auction, so don't feel bad about running up the bid on someone else cause they won't know who you are... :rofl
Bill, beautiful razor as always ,I would love to bid but its already out of my league, all the best mate I hope you do well Kind regards Peter
