Another great buy from Italian Barber - let me tell you a few things about it!

Ease of lathering: 10/10--Awesome. Rich, creamy lather in no time!

Longevity of lather: 10/10--Perfect stability so multi-pass shaves are no problem.

General skincare: 7/10--Not as moisturizing as I'd like, but still decent.

Scent: 9/10--Very citrusy and refreshing. Really nice.

Price: 9/10--A very reasonable price for a good-sized container.

Would I buy again: 9/10--I don't see why not because this soap is excellent!

I like RR soaps, I am just not sure they like me. Not quite saying I react to them exactly, but I am always left feeling a little raw afterwards. At least with the few I have tried. My face finickiness aside, they are great soaps at great prices.

Thanks for the review Jeff :)
It is my understanding that the Razorock soaps are made by various soapmakers, including Tcheon Fung Sing. Does anyone know who makes what?

    Hi Gisle,

The Razorock soaps are not made by Tcheon Fung Sing, to the best of my knowledge but by other artisans in Italy. Tcheon Fung Sing is another company completely different - it got started by this Chinese gentleman of that name who moved to Italy during WW2, I believe and he married an Italian woman. The last that I can remember is that the daughter of Paola Barile was running the company.

Don Marco has a fresh citrus scent, bergamont and neroli. Very nice soap, glad to hear you like it Jeff.

P.S. I added menthol glycerin to the Don Marco lather, the menthol goes great with the citrus.:Animatedfrozensmily::Animatedfrozensmily::Animatedfrozensmily::Animatedfrozensmily:

The Razorock La Famiglia line is produced by Paola Barile (I guess that includes the Don Marco) - I have that info straight from the Italian Barbers facebook :)

Ha ha - Don't let it happen again :p
I've been window shopping a lot this past week, and TFS came up again and again. I googled them and found a lot of posts calling some RR soaps rebranded TFS. Now I'm just curious about the other lines

Alot of the razorock soaps look very very similar to tfs soaps. I dont know who makes all of them but they definitely work like tfs soaps.

Don Marco (TFS Bergamotto Neroli) is the standout soap in both the Razorock and TFS lines for me. I'd even go as far to say that it's the one of the best currently produced soft soaps on the market (along with Nanny's Eucalyptus & Tea Tree and Razormaster Toivo). I absolutely love the stuff. :)
