I am having the best post shave feeling I've ever had with the combination of these two products. Both have a considerable amount of hype around them and now I know why. These two products are amazing. The Razorock xxx punches well above it's $9 price point and is easily in my top soaps that I've used so far. It's tallow based so it has that long lasting post shave softness it smells amazing similar to a barbershop scent and it's incredibly slick and protective. If I had to find a fault it would be that like most tallow soaps it can clog a razor but that's the biggest problem I can find. The Fine Platinum is amazing too the scent is awesome and it hits with a one two punch of burn from alcohol and chill from Menthol I highly recommend it. On the hardware side, the DE89BL, Russian steel in general, Voskhod and GSB in particular. Omega boar brushes. @Jayaruh brushes. On the software side, Route 66 soaps, Cella, Fine American Blend A/S, Clubman VIBR A/S. Geez, that's just off the top of my head. If I really thought about it the list would be longer.
I agree. Have both. I've been using fine snakebite and then once that calms down using a hit of the platinum.
