He's releasing 1/3 of them on Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively.

 

I just can't get excited about this razor.

 

I like the idea. I don't like having to pay to be his guinea pig. I'll most likely wait for the trial run to end. And for any kinks to be worked out. After all I can buy a proven solid slant on the market now. Just my 2 cents.

 

Just be aware, though, that after the trial run, the price is going up.

 

...That said, I'm on the fence about whether to try for one of this early batch myself.

 

I totally get that. The Merkur Slant sells for $45. I just don't see this slant being revolutionary. I do want to thank you for posting that it dropping soon. When Joe first shared the idea about the new slant I was jazzed. Now. Not so much..

 

Yeah, me too. I'd like to try a slant, but there's not a lot that makes me want to try this slant.

I've got my Merkur 37c. One slant is enough for me.

 

The slant looks ok to me, but if I were to get another one it'd be another 37C or perhaps a 39C...they're actually the affordable slants in this world lol.

I'm interested but 50 bucks for an experiment makes me a little apprehensive. I know I will kick myself though if I start reading awesome reviews about them in the near future after passing on it. Decisions. Decisions.

 

You can always resale it for what you paid; easily I'm sure.

 

The razor has certainly been hyped enough...
It will be interesting to see if it stands up to the hype.

 

But that would mean giving up one of my babies
