The razor is one of the most famous and collected on the Italian market.
Of which there are versions with 2 different handles in white or black plastic:
cheap version, simple with 2 pins
luxury version with 3 pins and silver doll.
2 pins for barber shop and 3 pin for general market
The most evident peculiarity of the razor is the passivation of the blade which aims to make it more resistant to oxidation.

I restored this and I changed cheap scales (mine was also crooked and warped) with My Diy olive wood and brass washers.
I didn't polished the scales and razor too much to get a similar look.

Are these vintage or current production razors? I can see that yours is obviously vintage, but are these still made today? If not, when did they stop production, do you know? When you say passivation, is this in addition to the bluing? It's, sorry, two different processes that largely do similar things, namely provide an oxidized coating to help prevent the steel from reacting to air or water.

    Might be a translation issue.
