    Hello,

I have a khaki set with a couple stains inside the case where the razor sits. They appear to be rust stains, and I am wondering if anyone can recommend a method for removing these stains without discoloring or otherwise damaging the fabric?

I'd try something oxy clean spray stainer remover or similar. Before spraying the stain I'd try a section like behind the hinge to make sure it doesn't discolor the fabric first. If it doesn't spray, let it sit as long as the directions recommend then try cleaning it with a wet cloth.

To add to the above, the rust is probably coming from under the fabric, so don't try for a saturation spray, as you might inadvertently make the problem much worse in a year or two.

    Rust never sleeps.

I'd also add if you can remove the fabric and put it back without destroying it, you might want inspect metal underside and put some sort of a thin coat of oil and a piece of wax paper to keep the oil from bleeding through the fabric to keep it from rusting any further.
