Sausage Gravy

    1/2 - 1 pound Breakfast Sausage
    2 Tablespoons Butter
    1/3 Cup All Purpose Flour
    3 Cups Milk
    1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    1/4 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
    1/4 teaspoon Salt
    1 teaspoon Black Pepper


    In a large skillet, brown the sausage.
    Add the butter and stir until melted.
    Stir in the flour and seasoning until well combined.
    Add milk and cook until thickened, stirring frequently.



    I've made this with 1 pound of sausage. It's good but I prefer using half a pound.

    Now, where did I leave those biscuits?
