Evening ppl. I'm looking for a scent-less deo that contains no alum. Where might I look, perhaps DIY? Right now I use an alcohol based Bulldog Men Original. It's devoid of perfume, but it's loaded with EO's, so it's not exactly scent-less. Sadly it clashes with my splashes, so I'm looking for a deo I can use on days where I use splashes and/or EdT.
My husband likes Mitchum Unscented. I do not know if that is available for you, but it does work well for him. Sorry, but I do not know and DIY options for this.
They seem to be able to get a hold of. From what I can see they do contain aluminium so I'm not sure it's the right for me
Was going to nominate Mitchum but do not know whether it contains aluminum. Rubbing on plain old 90% isopropyl and/or plain old antibacterial ointment will stop odor for at least a few days, though sweating continues unabated.
Great link, I'll try that out soon - I believe I have some of the ingredients from my lotion bar venture
I believe a certain Canadian cat I know, uses some sort of baking soda concoction as well and he gets good results from it.
It sounds like something I have to try. Or maybe I could just stop working and shave all day - not much sweat in that..
I guess that would depend on how hairy you are, where you're willing to shave, and your degree of flexibility.
Go to your local health food store. They sell a crystal deodorant that looks similar to an alum bar. No scent and works great. I have used I need for 2 years now.
Those are the same as alum bars, just in another shape. So they contain alum, which I'm trying to avoid.
I ran across this today..all natural ingredients (almost exactly those Sara posted) and scent free. http://primalpitpaste.com/products.html
Those Primal products sure looks promising. I might try and stock up on some when I get to the states because shipping-wise it's rather steep. Thanks for the links - it's exactly such products I'm looking for! In the meantime I'll try and cook something myself - it looks really easy with those simple ingredients.
Nice. I wont be using it for travels so I'll omit the beeswax and put it in a nice jar for homeuse. This is exciting
