A new razor hit my shaving shelf. A NOS Schick DE razor! Mine's marked "Schick" on both butterfly doors (doesn't say "Krona" anywhere, but I understand Krona-eta razors were marked "Schick" on one door, "Schick" on both doors, unmarked, and marked "Krona," so I think it's a Krona even though it doesn't say so. SUPER mild razor! Perhaps the mildest in my entire collection. I can be lazy, with terrible technique, and still not worry about cutting or nicking my manly chin! It was kinda cool opening up this old razor package, too! - Bax
I got it on eBay and paid way too much! $50 I think. I just wanted it because it was NOS -- and I was unable to resist. I recall seeing a vintage add for it online from the early 1970s. It was on sale THEN for 88 cents. Which means razors may be a better investment than gold!!! Ha! - Bax
