I really didn't think about replacing the bottom lining on this case until my GF brought home some lining from a thrift store and this was an almost exact match in color and feel. So I figured, why not.......... The insert removed and the new lining. It's hard to tell from the pic because of the old lining being worn smooth and shiny, but the color is pretty damn close.......... Removing the old lining and rust from the insert.......... New lining cut and glued to the insert and installed in the case.......... And the razor and blade holder back where they belong..........
Hi Jim, your case restoration looks great! I love seeing these restoration projects. It’s a whole different aspect to our hobby. I have always admired your handiwork man. I especially like your brush restorations. Keep up the good work!
