Just want to make sure before I buy a G. Is the G model less aggressive between the two, or no difference? As far as I can tell, the handle changed from bakelite (E) to a cheaper plastic handle (G). Heads look the same to me.
E's are reported to be more aggressive than the G's by most people. The G I used was an acceptable shave but not super close either so, I have a 5 O'clock shadow with it when I don't with most of my other razors. The G is almost impossible to bleed with unless you do something almost intentional or super careless IMHO. For a young one just starting to shave, a reasonable place to start IMHO as well though, most will do the expensive cartridge thing.
