Regularly retailing there at $24.69, Simpsons shaving soap is currently listed at $7.00/tin. If you're a fan, or interested in this particular 'luxury' soap, it's quite a bargain, relatively.

It is great stuff and a great price but they will tell you the product is desiccated (lost moisture)

 

Can it be rehydrated?

 

They indicate that a little water will make it good as new. YMMV, caveat emptor, etc.

 

I took a shot, I like the Simpson's cream and I have rehydrated some creams before. If not , out seven bucks is not catastrophic. :wave:
