Hey SMOKE, just wondering if you're still out there... I see you haven't been around since December 4th, I hope all is well. Again; first and foremost, I hope all is well with you and your family. I've tried email and PM's with no luck so I wanted to make one convenient spot for anyone who is waiting for their razors to go ahead and respond. For me, I sent you my share of our trade agreement over a month ago so whenever is convenient for you I sure would appreciate your end of the bargain, or my razors back. I really hope this is not a scam, SMOKE and I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here, even though it appears many of us have been brought through the ringer. I havent seen SMOKE either. I have been sending him emails to finish a trade we were setting up but no response.
Well hell, I'd bet there's a few more members with questions for that guy about never completed trades. Zook, maybe there's some logical reason for you never receiving your items in trade. You believe that? Hehe, I didn't think so. Sigh...............let's see how this will run it's course. Anyone else have a small problem with that member about a trade that was never mentioned in the forum posts? Maybe SMOKE will show up and explain things soon. Hehe, yeah, maybe even later today. Maybe he broke his other ankle, or another family member died, or his girl friend died on the way to the post office. Or, maybe it'll be a totally different reason.........he sure has some bad luck. As an FYI. In a totally unrelated thread over on the B he showed up one day a few weeks ago and started posting. It didn't take long and a few members started responding with their displeasure in him. I have no business with him nor do I know him. Just putting this out there to let you all know he has been around recently. Sounds like he has numerous unsettled debts out there. Probably best to avoid. Your rep follows you.
Dang... Fingers still crossed, but at least an Aristocrat, Boxed Goodwill, Klipette and Evans aren't impossible to replace. Just wish I had known I was going to be giving away razors, I would have PIF'd them to someone who could have used 'em.
Hi All, This unpleasantness is somewhat my fault, and I'm sorry I didn't type at SMOKE when he was around. I was too concerned with not seeming to be a sorta jerk, so I never confronted him. I also didn't do enough to warn the other forum members. Sigh, plus, I wanted to give him any benefit of doubts I had. Yeah, I'd seen that thread about him at B&B, so I was tipped off to possible trouble. I did mention the link to a few members, but I should have published that when posting to him. That way, he could have tried defending himself, and the thread would be there for all to see.I'd been watching to make sure he wasn't selling much in the forum, but of course he was getting around that without a problem. Reminds me of the MASH episode where Klinger is tyring to pull one of his scams. Hands Blake a letter saying his sister is dying... Blake pulls out a file full of "letters from home" "#1, sister pregnant" "#2, mother pregnant" "#3, mother dying, sister in hospital" "#4, grandmother dying, sister in jail" "#5, mother dead, grandmother in jail, sister sick" "#6, and my personal favorite...1/2 the family sick the other 1/2 dying" It went something like that. Hysterical stuff.
Like you, I didn't want to post something when he joined here and come off as a jerk. At that time I believed my stuff was finally on it's way. I don't think it is his plan to rip people off. From what I understand he has paid back pretty much everyone on the other website, though it did take some poking and prodding. I just happen to be one of the few that has not received my stuff yet. I still believe I'll end up getting it. I have been in touch with Smoke within the last few months, but not since his last log in's here (12/4) and over at B&B (12/2.) I believe he'll correct all this.

I am actually trying to PIF him a razor and have not hear from him. He aksed me about it a month ago and I told him when I get back from vacation I will get it to him. but no response.
