I was organizing my shelves this evening and was pulling out every soap/cream I own...and decided to do a bit of inventory counting... It seems like I have.. Cream: 2 tubes of Super Max Ultimate 1 tube of Axe Denim 1 tube of White Citrus for men 1 tube of Every Man Jack Shave Cream 1 tube of Old Spice Shaving Cream Soap: 1 tub of 3P 7 sticks of Arko 1 tub of MW Unscented 1 tub of RazoRock S. Maria 1 tub of RazoRock Classic 1 tub of Cella 1 tub of Proraso White 1 puck of Van Der Hagen unscented 1 puck of Van Der Hagen DeLuxe 1 puck of Col Conk Amber 1 tin of Panna Crema Vetiver 1 tin of Stirling Lemongrass & Cajeput v1.0 1 tin of Stirling Lemongrass & Cajeput v2.0 1 tin of Stirling Tea Tree 1 tin of Stirling Sharp Dressed Man 1 tin of Stirling Sandalwood 1 tin of Stirling Ben Franklin 1 tin of Stirling Bay Rum 1 tin of Stirling Naked and Smooth 1 tin of Stirling Return From Elba 1 tin of BeerSoapBrewing Company Corona 1 puck of Scottish Fine Soap 1 puck of Williams mug soap That is 35 shaving soaps/creams.... + a large amount of small samples - soap, EdT, etc, etc Now, the soaps do range from 'almost empty' to 'never used'. As disturbing as that count was to me - knowing that it will take YEARS to finish them all...I also think it was a good reminder that I certainly have enough soap. No need for me to browse around looking for any more 'right now'... I may have to tighten my old rule that I could only buy a new soap when I finished one up and change it so that I first bring the count to 25 - then apply that rule. I sort of doubt I'm the worst soap hoarder on the site though - has anyone else done a recent inventory of what they have when it comes to shaving soaps/creams?

Creams: about a half dozen (use only for making überlather) Sticks: 3...never use em Pucks of soap: 40-ish......I've also some (not sure of the quantity) that are boxed up for emergencies, end-of-the-world, etc..... Obviously, too many.......
Around a dozen soaps and creams. Creams - Proraso Red and Blue, TOBS Avocado Soaps - 4 Jabonman, 1 Strop Shoppe, 1 Mike's, 2 Me, 2 Barrister and Mann. A few small samples of various soaps. I PIF'd or sold off around 10 soaps recently. Just could not justify having so many soaps laying around especially when, in the past few weeks, I have settled on the Jabonman soaps. For me, none other compare to Manuel's soaps. I plan to PIF the Mike's when I am allowed to post classifieds again. I'll hang on to the Barrister and Mann for a while but want to get the inventory down to Jabonman, Me, and the 1 Strop Shoppe. Forgot, got a couple of Tikis. One can argue that my stock is too much and I would prolly agree. Ed
Oddly enough I did one tonight. If I make copious amounts of lather for every shave I should run out in roughly 10 years.
