Soap logo question

    So I acquired a puck of soap the other day and it didn't have a box. I'm trying to find out what brand it is. The logo on the soap looks like scissors crossing a bell? I can give a pic tomorrow, but I thought someone on here might know. Thanks

    Really wild guess, could the scissors be the letter A for Altesse Shaving soap.

    Wings!! An angel just got it's wings when the bell rings. It's from the picture: It's a Wonderful Life; said by George Bailey; at Christmas Time; in the 1940's; so it has to be... Made in the USA; in a small town 'Bedford Falls; modeled after Seneca Falls in Up State NY. So it has to be.... No Idea What It Is??
