Thinning the 'stone' herd and parting ways with my trusty Norton 4k/8k combination stone. This one was made in Mexico, and has been very consistent in grit. Plenty of mileage left 'on the tread' particularly the 8k side. Lapped with DMT325. All edges slightly chamfered or softened. A very good stone for those wanting to get in to SR honing.
