As I eluded yesterday I was interested in trying a #2 Setting today, which I did...
I needed a 4 pass shave; WTG,XTG,ATG-XTG mix, & more ATG ...
actually the ATG's were a pleasure at this setting, if it wasn't for the sound of the whiskers being whacked, I would have thought there was no blade in the razor. Although I did receive a couple small weepers, on my XTG pass which signaled, "time for a blade change", and I immediately responed, with a fresh blade (I believe in spoiling my razor with fresh blades, fresh lather...whatever it asks for ASAP ) After using the AS Cream which always feels great, I decided to splash on some Arko AS which I used to use all the time...absolutely no sting !!! Although it took 4 passes, I did receive a fantastic BBS...all smiles )

Cream: Cyril Salter Classic Almond Cream
A/S: Royall Lyme

The Cyril Salter Almond Cream provided great cushion and glide and the Futur/Gillette Yellow combo sliced down my stubble with ease. A nice BBS shave followed by a refreshing splash of Royall Lyme and I am good to go.
