Odd...24 hours later and my shave, tho DFS yesterday evening, it's still close enough that I won't need to shave until morning. CCS+, I guess. That's not my usual. Either my beard growth suddenly slowed or that blade was sharper than I thought. (but in a Tech???)

 

Four of those females are recoiling in shock and horror; the one in green is clearly insane.

 

Thanks! The filter makes the gold look better, but it's certainly not bad.

Today was my first day using Personna Platinum blades - coming from Derbys. So far my face and neck are loving the switch. I was able to cut down to 2 plus touch ups vs 3 plus. I ended up with a better shave with only 2 passes and zero irritation.

 

Gillette Super Adjustable P-2 (1970)
with Astra S.P. blade (2),
Edwin Jagger STF XL brush ,
Lather-up with Mitchell's Wool Fat,
finish with water, Witch Hazel
and Clubman for a DFS!

A super shave today. My new synthetic lathered up Mitchell's with amazing quickness, creating the most yougert-like
lather I've ever mixed with MWF. Aces!
