That Southern Oud ,would probably be a nice match for my Soap Exchange Lumberjack soap.

•Schick flowery ladies' silverplate Trac II handle
•Publix brand T-II cart (dunno who made it)
    •Barbasol

    2 pass DFS+

This handle is not the solid end of a chunky 1970s fork, which is what I imagined. Whatever metal it is, it's hollow so it's deceptively lightweight. But it's got a very nice grip and balance that I enjoy using as much as any handle I've used before. My daughter is liking the Lady Gillette/Barbasol combo so I may hang on to this one. Pic from the web...

Much better performance from this soap today and I see now why it has so many fans.
Rich, cushiony and slick with plenty of residual slickness to boot.
    Happy Shaving one and all.

Wonderful performing soap. It does remind me of the smell of the forests of Northern California but to me to round out the experience I add menthol as I as looking for crispness of cool air in my face along with forest smell that I use to get at first light when hitting the trail for the morning hunt or head to the river for some fishing.

OC Dammy. First shave with this guy, mild but effective as the consensus seems to be. Easier handling than some and overall a great shave. Soap (My Father's Face #2? Mango-Lemongrass) was one of a series i made three years ago and it's aged phenomenally well. No idea of the formula at this point. Hate when that happens. H/T to Tom for the Dammy. SOTD:
Decided to go with a night shave because i have to get up early tomorrow, I didnt feel like doing a shave with my most agressive razor at four in the morning lol.

As always an absolutely finomial shave from the arko as well as the Fatip, truly an amazing razor when paired with a feather as long as you apply absolutely 0 pressure!!!

The maca root balm worked amazingly as it usually does, truly amazing stuff especially in cold weather!

    Razor: fatip piccolo
    Blade: feather hi-stainless (18)
    Soap: arko shave stick
    Brush: dischem synthetic
Aftershave balm: the body shop maca root razor relief balm.
