    Razor: Hashir
    Blade: Personna Stainless Coated (1)
    Lather: VDH Shea Butter
A/S: Gillette Gel/ Old Spice Splash On
    Newspaper Date: Dec. 9,1943

I`m learning more about shea butter, much better shave this morn, plus a higher quality blade helps immensely. A two pass shave, WTG/XTG on the 1st pass.Pretty smooth, once I used the proper amount of butter. The 2nd pass, ATG/WTG/XTG, with a pretty extensive clean up. A couple small red dots on the Kleenex test, cured with a cold water "bath". Feeling my face right now, a certain sea creature comes to mind, but alas, a couple small areas didn`t come clean enough to warrant calling out the Coast Guard. I am completely confused about this el cheapo razor performing as well as it does. I do feel I have a great shave. Happy camper again and it feels good. The best to all, this beautiful Sunday morning. I would like ask for requests for paper subjects, I`m running out of ideas (not papers). Thank you.

Today the shave was truely a joy. I'm very happy with the FS silvertip. I bombed Adagio, just cuz. Three passes with the old English, wow. The finish with the Adagio a/s was so cold it made me question if I shoulda bombed the soap,it was very cold.
Lather shot for @JR Reyes .

I forgot just how good the C&E brand is.... Love the sweet Almond Shave cream and the Sandalwood post shave Lotion is amazing. Silky smooth, good scent, and not oily.

Personally, I like the seeing the headings of the articles: "Christmas Jellies free of Rationing" & "Axis Food Hoards to Feed Liberated". To me, the small facts about history are what make it interesting.

Gorgeous new! Do you think the SC or LC better? I can't tell much of a difference between the two myself.

Beautiful layout this morn. I wanted to grab that cone of whipped cream an eat it. No, David, really, it is a very nice post in all. Informative, not too long, and the photo is top notch. Of course you can drop the SR for my personal taste. I could probable use a good sharp rock as efficiently as an SR (tremors).
But I would never disparage anyone his/her choice of weapons. With best wishes this Sunday.
