The Musgo Real Shave Soap lathered well with Tom's 3D Printed Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with Tom's Fuzzy Catcher and a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Dickinson's Lemongrass Witch Hazel. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This was my first time using a Viking's Sword blade, which apparently was a Personna blade made in Israel (according to The Razor Company). I had a 3 day stubble to take down. I was expecting this blade to be similar to the German Personna that I am familiar with, but this blade seemed less sharp. It was not dull or tuggy, just more of a medium sharpness. I got a good comfortable result in two passes with some touch up. I will see how it does on shave number 2 with a normal 24 hour stubble.

Razor : Yaqi SLOPE slant 316 SS torsional type with a coated chrome matte Yaqi brass handle- Mfg 2023>, mild to tame mid range depending on blades used, Yaqi uses a sloped safety bar to keep a similar blade gap under torsion to Mfg a unique torsional slant that is very rare to find IMO. Had a comfortable close shave this morning.
Blade : Kai extra wide (10), sharp and smooth with excellent longevity. Top tier blade in my collection.
Soap : Razorock Blue barber, nice unique clean scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : YAQI "Moka express" 26 mm Husky knot. Excellent lather generator, heavenly luxury cloud like soft tips, gentle splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. Very nice brush to use for its size + not a lather hog.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock blue barber with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + 2 blemish weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi SLOPE 316 razor with Kai SS wide blade.

A new shave set up to start the weekend. First face & head shave of March 2024.

It's been a while since I last used The Indian Pearl SBF 11 razor to my razor rotation and forgot how smooth and efficient this razor is.

The Pearl SBF 11 paired together with the Treet Dura Sharp excellent making a smooth sharp, & efficient duo.

The Pearlman Shaver's spirit soap is a good shaving soap... It's very slick, protective with a fresh mild masculine fragrance which lingers throughout the shave and beyond creating a wonderful lather in a short space of time leaving a excellent post shave feel.

A close comfortable face and head shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

My face & precious swede are both feeling smooth and smelling divine.
