    The Big Shave 21st November 2017

    A rip-roaring 3-pass with a Feather SS AC Kamisori style razor. I am using the Feather Professional blades as they fit this razor perfectly.

    Apologies for the black squares. I had forgotten there was a mirror behind me!

    Prep: Warm Shower-Stirling Bath Soap-Arkadia
    Soap: Stirling Margaritas in the Arctic
    Razor: Gillette Red Tip Super Speed
    Blade: Vintage 70’s Wilkinson Sword “Light Brigade” NEW Chromium (Shave #5)
    Brush: Elite Razor/TGN Grade A Silvertip-24mmx50mm
    Aftershave: Stirling Barbershop w/Menthol

    WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

    Stirling MITA today. 20 seconds to load the Elite Razor/TGN Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Wilkinson Sword “Light Brigade” NEW Chromium in the Gillette Red Tip SS. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Stirling Barbershop w/Menthol aftershave.

    The Squat Head has been discussed previously so I won't describe it except to say that it shaves wonderfully. I think I would prefer to call it a "Small Head" though. Regardless, great shave and my face is very happy. Now go enjoy your day folks.

    Thanks Andrew. I had to hone all the blades in the set. This particular blade was a PIA as I couldn't get the wedge to come out of the holder so I had to tape the holder and hone in place. Not as sharp as I would like to have gotten the blade so I marked this one and will put off to the side in the case.
