I'm glad there is a modern razor worthy to use the Gem type blade.
    Happy Shaving one and all.

    Great, another L2 fan.
I was asked which vintage it was closest to and I said the 1924 but I think it's smoother.
What would your answer have been?

Oooh, I'm interested in this conversation. I ordered an L2 on Black Friday. Should have it tomorrow afternoon.

To me the L2 feels more like the Micro-Matic Clog-Pruf. With the L2 being as efficient, if not a tad more so. Definitely feels smoother to me the L2 over the MMCP. That's just my opinion.....:)

I find it more efficient than the CP or the OC (my fave MM), but as smooth if not smoother.
It's a difficult question because skin type, face shape etc. make it so subjective.
    Congrats, money well spent imo.

    Hi all

    Good evening
    20181130_180126.jpg

Another almost perfect shave with the Muhle R41. Very nice and as I write this some 12 hours later, lasting.

No blood, weepers, burn or any nasty stuff for my 3 pass shave with some touch up this morning.

Now shaving the head was one cut above all the others I've done.

You guessed it, a 3 pass shave on the old gord. No issues at all on this shave of 3. The smooth feeling after the 3rd pass was unbelievable. No I couldn't wait till Saturday. I think I'll have to start doing this from now on :).

What a lasting shave it is too.

Well, not much excitement but plenty to enjoy here. I think I got the hang of this little guy down now, finaly!
    .

    Thanks!

    Have a wondeful night!

    tp
