Razor: Schick “Easy Rider” Injector (type L1, 1971-1972)
Blade: Schick Injector Blades, 12th use

Bowl: Dirty Bird “Bill Bowl” Bowl
Soap: Speick “Mit Entspannendem Lavendel” Cream

A surprisingly luxurious suave with my Parker badger and the Spieck - wow that incredible lavender. The lather was slick and pampering. Love my Easy Rider. Just right!

Thanks. Mama Bear's Dublin Tweed is a glycerin based soap. I find it makes a good, slick lather for me. Wet Shaving Products Gaelic Tweed is an excellent aftershave for me. I've never tried Creed Irish Tweed, so I can't tell you how close they are to it.

    Hi Friends,

    Here my SotD (06.11.2024)

    IMG_4883.jpeg
Razor: PILS 104NE // Blade: Gillette Bleue Extra (2) // Soap: Valobra Mandorla // Brush: Shavemac // Aftershave: Witch Hazel

    A magnificent shave.

The razor felt like it pushed the stubbles away instead of shaving them off. So smooth and gentle the shave felt.

I was in a mood for an Almond scented soap so i used my Valobra Mandorla. Wonderful lather and even the soap is old old old, it still performs like a fresh one. Sad that this soap has been discontinued.

It took 3 passes to get damn near BBS.

Applied Witch Hazel to close out the shave. Now i am feeling refreshed and i am ready to face the day.

    A 10 out of 10

Have a great time, enjoy your shaves and stay safe and healthy.

    Greetings
    Thorsten

The Williams Mug Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #188 synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Tech and the Personna Stainless Steel Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Derby City Chop Shop Winter Reserve After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Wednesday morning:

    Quick shower
    Frank Mini Synthetic
    Super Speed/Bic day 7
    Brutalt Bra SS
    Lubriderm Moisturizer
    Christian Dior Eau Sauvage EdT

The last time I used this Brutalt Bra soap was around two years ago so I thought it was time to go with it today. It’s from Norway, I bought it from Bull Goose Shaving Supplies quite a while back, it has a very nice lavender scent, my Frank mini synthetic whipped up awesome lather with it, and the postshave feeling was very soothing, relaxing, as well as so comfortable. The Lubriderm moisturizer is unscented so it’s perfect for sensitive skin, and finally the lovely Eau Sauvage which is one of the first fragrances I wore. Three passes gave me a sensational BBS shave which was most enjoyable!

Wishing you all a super duper day - be well and stay safe![IMG]

Aaaaand...it's that time of the week again-as we approach Throwback Thursday. Here's my plan for it:

    Prep-DoveMen Bodywash(Skin Defense)in shower
    Shave-Sir Hare Co.(Drunken Sailor)*
    Brush-Large Dark Blue Synthetic
    Razor-Gillette Sensor Deuce Pivot DisposeABLE
    A.S.-Stephan Bay Rum**

    *-
I don't know when Sir Hare opened, but their Drunken Sailor gives us the feel(and scent)of a time way back when sailors invented Bay Rum fortheir personal hygiene
