    The Vintage Life Licorice Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #188 synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Tech and the Personna Stainless Steel Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Derby City Chop Shop Winter Reserve After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Question: Are you stropping the blade occasionally or just wiping it clean?

    Well, in a sense, you're right-it's just that the Iceberg Island "feels" colder than the others(but not by much).

    I am just cleaning them, but I have used my Twinplex Stropper on it. The blade is a little tuggy, but is giving great shaves.

    Cool, thanks a lot for the video. I've heard of the Twinplex Stropper, but had never seen it in action before. I think I've seen one on ebay too.

    Brush: Edwin Jagger Synthetic Silvertip
    Soap: Williams “Mug Shaving Soap”
    Additional Care: T.N. Dickinson’s Witch Hazel

    Fantastic Williams soap shave today. Never face lathered with it before and got a slick smooth lather with no air bubbles - how lather should look. Love the smell so just finished with witch hazel. Five stars!
