Very fun time this morning........took me 3 previous shaves, but today I finally truly nailed the lather on this soap. Yep, I knew I was screwing up somehow, since it was only ok and not wonderful. Today though, everything came together as I was hoping. A well performing lather, with a very understated woodsy, non floral scent I enjoy.

That green Gillette (complements of Brian) was a very good blade for me. I got 5 nice shaves with it, and probably could have gotten a few more without issue.

BBS shave this morning with just a small bit of blood on the chin from buffing too close. A bit of water and styptic and it stopped. Coming to the end of my next to last tube of C&E Sweet Almond Oil Cream. I may get two more shaves out of it. Then I will use my last tube only for special occasions.[/b]
