I've always appreciated Cade SS for its performance, but, while I've noted others say it sports pleasant scent, I don't smell a thing. Should I see an ENT?

After the usual 1-2 minute hot towel prep:

Last two days have been the same set up, today being shave #6 with this blade. Normally I tend to replace a blade after 4-5 times used, but this one is still performing nicely. I like this Spoiler type.....sharper than most and very forgiving.

I rarely ever use any sandalwood creams or soaps, with the QED product being the exception. I've enjoyed this soap over the years, and have reordered it multiple times in the past. The last group buy at TSD was a lifesaver, since I'd run out with no way of getting more from Charles.

I like this because it doesn't smell like other sandalwood products I've sniffed. That includes various EdTs as well as shaving soaps/creams. Yeah, I came to the conclusion a while ago that I just don't care for that fragrance very much. I'm talking about the sandalwood EO, and the Mysore variety to be more specific. The AOS cream has about the truest one note sandalwood scent I've sniffed, but it's not really for me.

The QED hits my nose as a strong blast of cedar and sandalwood. No idea why that it, but it's always been that way to me. Sorta reminds me of DR Harris Marlborough on steroids..........heh. Maybe that's why I like the stuff from Charles.

Anyway, a very nice way to start my morning....that soap is pretty darn slick.
