    Musgo Cream
    Ever-Ready brush
    Personna Injector
    Pal stainless blade (1)

I finally broke open this NOS package with a razor and blades. Didn't want my first try with the premium Personna 74 blades to be with an untried razor, so I put the blades aside for now, and used one of my PALs. This razor actually turns out to be pretty good, though. DFS, at least.

My face felt so cool and well-defended against irritations and dryness after a shave with this Phyto Expert cream and aftershave balm--I really am impressed with this stuff. Also, the more I use these Rapiras, the more I like them. ;) :D

Prep: Hot shower, hand strop blade
    Coffee: Starbucks Yukon, BLACK
    Cream: C.O. Bigelow
    Brush: Vulfix 406, The Burlington
Razor: 34C set in Red Mallee Burl by Elite Razor
Blade: Astra SP, day 1, 3+ passes
Post: Cold water rinse, RazoRock, cold water splash, Avon Wild Country, hand strop blade and put in tomorrow's razor
    'Stache Wax: Steve's Own

    Shave Rating: 5 Blades

I was going to give it 4 blades, but reflecting back to the chickadees, jays, and crows I heard outside the window during the shave, not to mention the cool, crisp Maine air whaffting in, its gotta be 5.

While looking for a Q-Tip, I came across Dad's Avon Wild Country. One sniff and I was back in the 70's!

As stated yesterday, I was going to return to the bone injector today. I am not coordinated enough to change those blades myself, so The Honeeze will have to take care of that for me tonight (Thanks Babe!). I figure if I can't walk up the stairs without tripping, I shouldn't be playing with sharp objects first thing in the morning!

    Have a great day everyone!

...and some Alum touch ups :D I'm very careful with this razor. It's a beast, but gives great shaves when driven properly.

This will be my set-up for the majority of the week. I'm moving into my new apartment this Saturday and all my goodies are safely packed away for now.

    '61 Fatboy (5)
    Bic blades
    Re-knot wood handle w/TGN 20mm pure
    Palmolive sc
    (Australian)
    Arko cool as cologne

A really great shave to start my busy week. The screw-top on the Palmolive broke a couple weeks ago and I can't close it securely anymore; good news though as I'm about done with this tube anyways. It's been awhile since I've used the Arko as but I'm glad I chose it for my 'pre-move weekly shave rotation'. The Cool fragrance is absolutely amazing!

I'm pretty excited to move-in to my new place, so here's to hoping for a smooth week for all. :D

    Parker 22R razor
    Driedecker badger brush
    Lord Platinum blade
    Dalan cool shave cream
    Master Lilac Vegetol after shave

Great shave BBS with a 3 pass. The new Badger brush has presented a welcomed problem. Up until recently, I have used nothing but boar bristled brushes. Now that I am using a badger, I am still trying to portion my SC as to not waste any. I put a snurdle into my bowl and whisk away. I have enough SC loaded IN the brush to accomplish my 3 passes. Problem is, I have enough SC left in the bowl to do yet another 3 passes, making it possible to do 6 passes. What a GR8 brush!
