The Black Ice soap is indeed cold, but compared to this Glacial Obsidian it feels warm. Both soaps have just about the same lovely anise scent with awesome lather and skincare. This Glacial Obsidian balm freezes and soothes the skin wonderfully while the Arctique's menthol punch can make your eyes tear for an hour. I LOVE it!

The TSD Iced Lime Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #100 two-band badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the GEM 1912 razor with a CVS 009 RD blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with T.N. Dickinson's WH and then Pinaud Vegetal After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Good Morning everyone, here's a look at my SOTD for Monday;-

This morning I decided to honor my father by using his old Super Speed he bought upon return from his service during the Korean War. My dad was quite a guy, and although I could never fill his boots, I made similar tracks in this world. I endeavored to be like him, but fell short in many areas. Needless to say he influenced me greatly, and I miss him dearly. RIP Dad. Say hi to Mom for me.

Liking this Razor a lot,as works well with the NOS Blade. Finding that despite shorter length it is very easy to use, rather like the PAL Injecto Matic but not as aggressive.The Shave was very smooth and the overall finish very good.

A great shave this morning. Mystic Water in shave stick form and a synthetic brush work perfectly together. The Cobra consistently delivers drama free near BBS shaves. Finished off with a splash of Floid Blue. I hope everyone has a fantastic day.

I hadn't used a straight in a few weeks, and it showed today. I barely made it through one pass when I cut myself. I finished up with my trusty Futur on six. The Bronze Shadow made thick lather from Mike's Hungarian Lavender, and I finished with Ginger's Garden Spice Grenade for menthol, moisture, and that amazing scent.
