    That looks like a very vintage Aqua Velva(not the kind you get today from drugstores). I guesss the vintage kind passed as a cologne AND an aftershave.

    Thanks. It's worth the $13.49 USD on Amazon, and I contend It's worth more. It's a sophisticated citrusy, floral vintage scent.

    "Vintage" Aqua Velva was manufactured by J.B. Williams in Cranford, NJ.
    Everything else may be good, but does not qualify. I linked you to a "vintage" bottle on eBay for a fantastic price. Pull the trigger, already.

    The Mitchell's Wool Fat Shave Soap was face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #30 Silvertip Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Supply The Single Edge SE and the Supply Black Label Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Pinaud Citrus Musk EDC. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Wow, after not shaving yesterday because of Yom Kippur I needed to do FIVE passes to get cleaned up right. This Derbylux cream is from Hungary and it’s made by Caola Alfa which is the company which produces the Barbon stuff. This one has such a beautiful sporty scent with minty notes, it lathers beautifully just like the Barbon cream, it’s quite slick, there’s a very pleasant menthol sensation, and it’s excellent in the skincare department. The Gold Bond moisturizer gave me plenty of additional soothing along with a good cooling feeling, and the Proraso Green aftershave went on icy cold - its scent pairs very well with the Fahrenheit fragrance. Does it ever feel great to be BBS again - what a dynamite shave this was!

    Fine repeat shave today. I did better than on Throwback Thursday, as I dug out the Stephan cream with my proper right hand...felt more natural. Clean and clear all over the map. Zero incidents of negativity. I think I can do better though, but today was better than yesterday. Great finish with the Stephan Bay Rum A.S. Super Duper Outstanding.
