No, not the cream, not the stick, but the shave soap. I am a big fan of Speick Shave Cream as many are on here, and on occasion when traveling, I use a Speick stick, another great product. But I like lathering a good soap in my scuttle so I grated a stick of Speick and compacted the shavings in to one of my aluminum travel tins. The stuff works great making a rich, slick, creamy lather. Speick should really think about making a soap puck for us soap lovers.
Agreed. I'm not big on using sticks, so Speick gets grated and pressed into a bowl. You said it, the stuff works great.
Love the scent. I've been avoiding the soap because I find the cream drys out my skin. This is unusual for a cream. I did order a stick of Speick and Wilkerson this morning.
Try using a little more water with the cream. Really leaves my skin feeling fresh. And use HOT water.
Oscar if you like the scent of Speick I would highly recommend the bath soap, which is great , also the cologne which is the Speick scent subtly done.
I grate mine because the stick seems too small to face load. Feels like I'm loading my face with a pencil and it takes forever. The Arko stick seems to be the right diameter for face loading a stick. My favorite is to use the MWF puck like a stick.
Iv wanted to purchase this stick...I think I ought to eh? I am really wanting to get into shave sticks for some reason.
This is the one stick I'm really not a fan of, I mean it works but it just doesn't do it for me; I much prefer the bath soap...
As Aaron said in a different thread Palmolive shave stick is really good esp at the price it is., I have never used any other shave stick after saying that,
Valobra and Palmolive are probably the most used sticks I have... Valobra is just an awesome stick imo.
That is obscene - it is the 'Euro' Palmolive I presume, great stuff I believe. I've got some as my next shave stick, put it in a glue stick container
