I recently bought a cube of soap from Hydrolast and have been using my hand a the bowl. Of course this works but I prefer to use a bowl to get a more consistent mix each time. I have considered whittling down the corners of the cube but would rather not go with that option. What are you using for a square container? Suggestions? Below should be a picture of the cube
I have never used a square soap before, but if I had to deal with that, I'd mill it with a cheese grater and press it into a round bowl.
No that is a good question. Yes it is a shave soap sold by www.hydrolast.com. I just ordered some of Charles Roberts' items and it is a pretty good shave
I do like the soap and it does lather nicely once you learn get used to the soap. I wil say that it is a pretty fast soap for shaving, nicely paired with a feather blade.
I would say that fast is equivalent to slick. The soap seems slicker than other soaps such as Art of Shaving.
Interesting line of products Think I would pass on the Burlap shave cloth for $10 ... The soaps are intriguing though.
