I have a new Muhle R41 2011, which I like very much, but it seems to cut my blade life nearly in half. So far I've tried Iridium Super, Feather and Crystal. It seems happiest with the sharper blades, but so far I can't get more than two comfortable shaves out of any of them. I have Perma-Sharps and Personna Med Preps on deck, but am open to any suggestions. I am not new to DE shaving and am taking extra care with my prep. I have never run into an issue like this before. The quality of my shaves is not the problem, just the puzzlingly short blade life. Is anyone else having the same problem, and have you found a solution?
