i have 2 tucks of the yellow suneko blades from a few years back.they are great blades,long lasting and smooth/sharp.

 

I was just reading about these on another forum. The reviews remind me of Kai blades at 1/3 the price.

I ordered 100 last night, and will review/PIF some off when they arrive…

Just to update, I ordered Sunday morning and had a tracking number Monday morning. The seller appears to be both legit and fast….

 

I ordered some today.

 

These arrived after 11 days.
One shave in, and i need another shave or two to form a good opinion on these.

 

one could get used to them if all other blades vanished.though in your case you have your straights.

At $11 shipped for 100 blades, not very interesting, since I can get plenty of well-know blades for that price.

For me, $5 shipped for 100 would pique my interest.

Unless of course these turned out to be the greatest thing since sliced-bread...

And I know, someone has a PIF roulette for them right now -- but I have too many blades as it is already.

 

Some said these things stacked up against the $30 per 100 Japanese blades I like. For $11 to try them out it was worth it for me. As with everything in this hobby YMMV…

The cheapest blades I found that work for me are Silver Stars. I got them earlier this year for around $9 or $10 shipped.

The days of $5 blade packs and $7 techs appear to be long gone. $10 isn’t bad for something you actually like….

 

Second shave with the Suneko. Very smooth, on a two day growth. Two pass shave, and almost no feedback with the aftershave.
I will see how long this blade lasts, comfortably.

Yea but from Aliexpress, $5/100 shouldn't be that far off-base -- though there doesn't seem to be any for that price there. But you can still get a halfway decent razor from Ali for that price -- or perhaps a dollar or 2 more.
