The high points of the legendary "Swiss Pitralon" are: 1) The Scent 2) Healing properties The scent is ultimately very difficult to describe, but it is nothing short of Manly and unique. I believe it to have some Lilac-undertones (from the Terpineol), but mostly it is a "sharp", alcohol-type scent. Very stimulating to the senses. Does have a bit of an alcohol-bite to it, but its not long lasting, and you are rewarded with some of the other best qualities shortly thereafter as it goes to work soothing your freshly-shaven skin and giving your skin a brand new look. Ingredients: Aqua, Alcohol denat., Isopropyl Alcohol, Urea, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Parfum, Terpineol, Amyl Acetate, Citronellol, Geraniol, Linalool, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Salicylate, Hydroxycitronellal, Anise Alcohol, Cinnamyl Alcohol, Isoeugenol, Lactic Acid, Eugenol, Benzyl Benzoate
Good stuff, very good stuff. I like it a lot. Stings me at first like hell, but then eases up, and feels real nice. Jeff
I really wasn't sure bout this stuff at first, the scent just didn't do much for me. I went ahead and tried it and am still using it. Very soothing and healing. It's staying in my stable, I usually wear a citrus flavored EDT when I use it. Good stuff!
Smells like Hoppe's gun cleaner...which isn't a bad thing in my book. Feels good on the skin, tightens just enough with very little burn. A nice AS.
