This is an aftershave, which comes from Romania, which I received as part of a great Haul on Friday. It is not meant to be fragrant, but it is very cooling and soothing and toning. I paid nothing for it, so I had to rate the price a 10--I sent the gentleman a Haul in trade. The fact that it has almost no scent makes it perfect, because it will not interfere with an eau de toilette or cologne. I like it a lot!!
